  • The best podcast on veganism

I probably listened to more than a hundred episodes since i found this podcast a couple months ago. Karina is not afraid of saying when she disagrees with a guest but keeping cordial and polite. I always learn something new on the episodes even been vegan for more than 30 years. Thank you Karina for keeping it real. “A peaceful world can evolve after animal liberation”.

  • Very good but slips into social commentary’

I appreciate the fitness and vegan info for athletes . I do not listen to this show to get an earful of social or political commentary from gist or guests. Do you really think everyone who listens agrees with where you fall on that spectrum or are we continuing assumptions and stereotypes? Here is a suggestion: stick to the topic of your podcast and hold your opinions on the state of politics . Thank you

  • Karina is the best 💪

I absolutely love this podcast. Karina kicks it out of the park. I’m vegan and wanted to get some facts and vegan information that helps me with nutrition and fitness. I’m also a client. I’ve been doing yoga for over 10 years and always had upper back pain. Coach Karina and Coach Zoe put me on a strength training program and my back pain is now pain free. I’m so happy and thankful I found them and this podcast.
