I recently came across this podcast and I think it’s great for both aspiring, new, and long time vegans. It’s straight and to the point and I love the factual content presented with her guests. Would def recommend a listen!
I probably listened to more than a hundred episodes since i found this podcast a couple months ago. Karina is not afraid of saying when she disagrees with a guest but keeping cordial and polite. I appreciate the fitness and vegan info for athletes . I do not listen to this show to get an earful of social or political commentary from gist or guests. Do you really think everyone who listens agrees with where you fall on that spectrum or are we continuing assumptions and stereotypes? I absolutely love this podcast. Karina kicks it out of the park. I’m vegan and wanted to get some facts and vegan information that helps me with nutrition and fitness. I’m also a client. I’ve been doing yoga for over 10 years and always had upper back pain. Coach Karina and Coach Zoe put me on a strength training program and my back pain is now pain free.
