I spent 22 years in law enforcement and then built a path to capital by starting with services like security and logistics before moving into real estate and hotels; I leveraged a track record to attract investors into a blind fund and subsequently closed on fundraising without an acquired hotel yet.

I started in hospitality from a young age, trained in fine dining in Miami, and then returned to Belize to take over the hotel in 2021, focusing on standards, staff development, and integrating high-quality seafood and garden-fresh produce into the menu.
