I know it will sound like hyperbole, but this is the best spent money I’ve ever put towards a podcast. When I was catching up on the series, I listen to one episode a day to start my day. It puts me in a good headspace to get going!

I appreciate the opportunity these short podcasts give me to focus on the kindness and happiness people regularly offer to one another. Yes, there is great trouble in the world, and we tend to focus on the hard and dramatic events, but people have never stopped helping each other. And this is a great way to be reminded of our generosity towards and connection to each other. There is good in the world & it is helpful & inspiring to focus on that.
