After meeting Alex at one of my baby sessions that I ran in 2023 I’ve followed her and her business since then. I’ve attended a great workshop of Alex’s and took so much from this. However I’ve needed a boot up the bum and after listening to the first podcast I’m excited of what’s to come!! Well done Alex can’t wait to listen to more. X
