I already knew that Dan Smith could wax poetic about anything that ignites his interest and I’d be captivated, but I now know that I feel the same way about Emma Nagouse.
I LOVE HIS NEW ALBUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please, we need to hear more about both Essie and Paul. I loved the episode but I need to go in depth with both of them more.
Throughout each episode you learn so much about the historical figures from the ‘&’ songs, as well as more about the songs themselves, so it feels like you are really immersed into the Ampersand universe. The natural chemistry between Emma and Dan makes the pod flow so smoothly and brings out many moments where I am laughing out loud on public transport. Thanks to all those involved in making such a good podcast.
This was such a soothing and wonderful podcast, I learnt loads and it gave me a deeper appreciation of Bastille’s wonderful “&” album. So much food for thought but all done in an engaging and funny way, can’t recommend it highly enough. Well done Emma and Dan!
