I adore this podcast. Being diagnosed in my late 30’s after becoming a mom this podcast has helped me the most in understanding ADHD and how to work with my brain. I adore Patricia and the way she shares. Really love the visualization she uses in many different ways in coaching calls with clients.
This podcast is a breath of fresh air. I totally resonate with everything she talks about and have gleaned so much encouragement and tips for how to live my life as a mom with ADHD. Through her episodes I realize I’m not alone and there are many practical things I can implement to help my brain and my family function more smoothly. I’m so thankful for Patricia and the resources she has created!
At 51, 5 non biological children, 3 have ADHD. And I just discovered last week that I also have ADD. After struggling with my kids for 10 years. Anxiety Depression has been my ruler for 6 of those years. I described to my therapist my brain tornado and word vomit issues. And finally I have hope. I searched and found you.
I cried the very first time I listened to this podcast. The intro, it got me. That’s EXACTLY how I was feeling. I felt no one else truly understood. I just so happened to find this podcast and I’m SO glad I did. It makes me feel less alone in this crazy journey.
Thank You!! Thank You!!! Your podcast is absolutely amazing and you have addressed many aspects of my adhd and being a mom. It is eye opening realizing that I am not crazy and it helps me be the best example for my girls who also struggle with adhd. Realizing that my adhd is not a curse or makes me damaged, it's a gift and a super power when used properly. Changing my thoughts on social norms and fitting a mold has absolutely changed my life!! Keep up the good work!! You are changing lives!!
