  • Wow

At 51, 5 non biological children, 3 have ADHD. And I just discovered last week that I also have ADD. After struggling with my kids for 10 years. Anxiety Depression has been my ruler for 6 of those years. I described to my therapist my brain tornado and word vomit issues. And finally I have hope. I searched and found you.

  • Thank You!! Thank You!!! Your podcast is absolutely amazing and you have addressed many aspects of my adhd and being a mom. It is eye opening realizing that I am not crazy and it helps me be the best example for my girls who also struggle with adhd. Realizing that my adhd is not a curse or makes me damaged, it's a gift and a super power when used properly. Changing my thoughts on social norms and fitting a mold has absolutely changed my life!! Keep up the good work!! You are changing lives!!
