Great thoughts and ideas. Will push you to think more than you typically Sunday school/RS/EQ lesson.
My favorite LDS themed podcast of the dozen I’ve come across. Jack has a helpful perspective that goes well with the monologue style.
Jack naneek knows his stuff. People are waking up to the fact that our "scriptures" are not historically acurrate or factually correct. I've found it immensely valuable to not toss the baby with the bath water and anyone who wants to maintain good relations with family or friends still clinging to the "iron rod" can find value in their teachings and how they can better our inner lives.
Hate cannot drive out hate, darkness cannot drive out darkness. Good can be gleaned from everything.
Episodes used to be interesting, open, and honest looking at all sides. However the content, bias, and agenda of the hosts have really gone negative to promote personal agendas and motives. I’m not surprised now that no credible scholars, academics, or historians show up as guests on any of the podcasts hosted under the Mormon Discussions umbrella of podcasts.
