Dr. Amber shares neuroscience-backed strategies for uncovering your hidden sources of stress and being able to recognize the impact of cognitive patterns from our childhood that impact our parenting today. She compassionately teaches how to live within your capacity so you can enjoy your time, not “manage” it. A must-listen!
I’m so excited for Dr Amber’s podcast. I’m obsess with self help books and I love how she shares everything she has learned in very short episodes. Her podcast is a must for busy moms, she motivates me with her messages and her voice is also pleasing to listen to.
Dr. Amber is the real deal. Not only does she understand (and beautifully explain) the science behind procrastination, stress, and burnout but she also ties it to her lived experience as a mom, which makes it more relatable. She digs underneath the surface to get to the root of these issues, instead of giving surface level advice that isn’t sustainable or realistic. Thank you so much for creating this podcast jam packed with useful and practical information and strategies. So refreshing!
Dr. Amber does a great job talking about her experiences and scientific knowledge and how that relates to things like mom guilt. I also love the length of the episode for busy moms!

I really feel her warmth and compassion come through in these 15-20 minute snippets, like I have a friend walking alongside me. I love that each episode ends with a little homework... more
