I super duper promise you... you don't have to be as stressed as you are. Today I'll explain why we're so stressed and how we can get our brains on board to chill out a little bit. more
May is coming and so too are sacraments, graduations, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, and the winding down of school and Spring. How can we make plans this year to have more peace in a busy season? more
With Spring comes a renewed dedication to things like exercise, homeschooling, prayer, and working on our relationships. How do we begin again when our past threatens to hold us back? With the Lord, of course.

I just left a review for Sterling’s daily podcast but I have to say, I love this one as well. So much holy wisdom is coming from these ladies. Thank you for fighting the good fight and helping normal Catholic moms like me find our virtue.
Hi Sterling, I’ve spoken to you a couple times on life coaching calls but I listen to you everyday! I feel like you’re my life motivator/BFF! You are awesome and love your convictions and strong faith. You are a gift to this world. Thanks for sharing your struggles and coaching us through it.

Quick disclaimer - I am a Catholic dad and business owner, so not a mom like most of Sterling’s listeners. However I greatly enjoy and benefit from Sterling’s advice. But your podcast has literally been a portal of grace in my marriage and parenting and overall happiness as a daughter of God. I feel very safe knowing you love and cherish the Catholic faith, take your role as a mentor very seriously and cautiously and also just get being a wife and mom and articulating the trials and triumphs of this vocation. You’re ama... more
