  • The reason your second hour listenership drops.

On a recent episode, Mr. Moore lamented his WABC radio show saw a drop in listenership the second hour.

Steven almost always starts out by saying he’s the only one on the radio for the time slot that’s not an infomercial. Then he proceeds to put an infomercial in the middle of the show... It’s the Payne’s, Steven, it’s always been the Payne’s.

Ninety percent of your listeners don’t have $1M to get a, “no obligation master plan” from these guys. Were lucky we can buy groceries.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

John Fund and Tom Del Beccarro | 06-06-26
Q: What is your take on the ballot mechanics and the prospect of voter ID measures changing the election landscape in California?
There is a general expectation that voter ID measures tend to pass when they appear on ballots, and there is a push to clean the voter rolls to prevent irregularities, which speakers view as essential to ensuring election integrity.
John Fund and Tom Del Beccarro | 06-06-26
Q: We've now had many months of elections, primary elections, and we had a big election in California earlier this week. So far, what would you say is the mood of the voters?
Voters are discouraged and frustrated with the perception that the state's political processes are dysfunctional, while acknowledging issues like homelessness and taxation as major concerns that aren't being fully addressed by current leadership.
EJ Antoni and John Catsimatidis | 06-06-26
Q: What's your take?
The economy is strong overall, but there are geopolitical risks affecting energy and inflation; interest rates and energy costs need to align to sustain wage growth.
Moore Money with Steve Moore | 05-30-26
Q: Why should the private sector determine drug effectiveness, and how does this relate to patient access?
Because it could accelerate access to promising therapies and spur investment in new drugs, while patients still receive information about risks and benefits, allowing more informed choices.
Moore Money with Steve Moore | 06-06-26
Q: What is your take on the impact of the Trump tax cuts on the economy?
They have been a major stimulus, boosting investment, creating jobs, and accelerating construction projects across the country, while offsetting other regulatory costs.
