Frédéric Antelme: the man behind France’s Radio Nova
Q: What role do live events and vinyl releases play in Nova's strategy?
Live events, branded festivals, and vinyl releases are integral; they reinforce community engagement, expand revenue streams, and keep the brand physically present beyond radio through experiences and collectibles.

Q: What major changes in personnel or programming marked a turning point for Nova in recent years?
In 2024 Nova hired a popular public-radio comedian, François Saint-Henri, along with former colleagues, launching a new era that boosted listenership and pushed the station toward irreverent, politically pointed humor while expanding live events.
