  • Sorry, too scattered. She needs to focus on the person she is interviewing. Instead she ddwells on her story or repetitively gushes about what the speaker said without adding any substance, then switches the topic. Plus 15 minutes of unrelated intro is painful.

Q: What was that time like for you? And what helped you begin to climb out of burnout and those panic attacks and anxiety?
During a particularly difficult time, I experienced constant panic and anxiety, which was exacerbated by a lack of understanding of my neurodivergence. It wasn't until I sought help from a specialist that I began to understand my needs and find effective ways to manage my anxiety and burnout.
