  • Feeling seen and understood

This podcast is so helpful. Listening to the Hidden Shame of ADHD episode is helping me find peace within the shame I feel about my ADHD, especially when it comes to my relationship. Megan Anna's description of being the "waves" in her relationship and needing an anchor was so affirming. Thank you

  • helpful podcast

really good podcast. Particularly find Megan’s work helpful, including her website and books, even though their personal experiences often v different to mind eg. emotional processing. At risk of sounding old fashioned, its a little tiring that Patrick has to use the f-word so randomly and frequently, as it makes the podcast E rated when it wouldnt be otherwise. It seems a bit modern-random use of the word which has nothing to do with anger etc and just a habit…?
