if you want to learn about growing microgreens and enjoy comedy, go read any other book or listen to any other podcast. They will teach you how to grow. Once you have learned how to grow, come back here for some laugh out loud errors and straight up WRONG data and information. Author sounds nice enough but man, this is horrible and inconsistent information. There is also zero reason that you should mispronounce so many important words on a pre-recorded podcast.

Canada5 years ago I'd like to think that I know a lot about health and nutrition, but until I encountered Lisa's podcast I knew nothing at all about microgreens. Now I love them and can't believe what I have been missing all these years. Lisa does a great job of explaining microgreens and how to grow and use them. My favorite thing is that Lisa's business, Vitality Farms, came from her own efforts to keep her family healthy. Keep up the good work, Lisa!
