I really like these meditations. When they offered it without adds on Abide app I subscribed. I could not find these meditations that were an hour long. Can someone help me find them without adds? otherwise I would give 5 stars because they help me.

I want to say first that I love Abide, and it’s helped me tremendously to grow my faith, to sleep, to increase compassion, and more. The other Abide prayer and meditation app I’ve been listening too, that is. Today I was listening to the one Bye Bye Insecurities and the narrator tells us to meditate on the scripture, then a loud ad jolted me out of my thoughts! It was counterproductive to say the least.
