Today was about our mental health/emotional state. I’m a mental health nurse (43 years now) and I know all too well how important our mental health is! This was a great reminder to put my mental health right up there with my physical well being. My spiritual well being also gives me great peace! Thank you James for today’s devotion/meditation.
