Although an interesting story for true-crime fans, and a moving one at that, I just felt it should have wrapped after the sixth episode, when Mahmood Mattan’s conviction was finally quashed in 1998. The three additional episodes I felt were just filler.
I never thought there would be a podcast to rival Shreds but this does it. Thoughtfully and brilliantly constructed - moved me to sorrow and anger at the injustice about how a man’s life can be taken so lightly. Wonderfully written and presented.
Amazing story telling of a gut wrenching experience. I’m glad I heard about this podcast while listening to another.
