I just recently started listening to this podcast and I am loving it. In fact, the first time I listened, I binge listened to about 10 episodes all in a row. Heidi is concise and has great ideas that I feel I can put into action in my own life.
I am so glad I came across Heidi’s podcast. She is able to discuss topics in a way that is easy to listen to with clear and concise take-aways. Thank you, Heidi!
It can be so tiring to hear the label “people-pleaser,” and once you know you’re really in it, clueless about how to get out of it. In these episodes Heidi shines light on a new path, as a compassionate and realistic guide who shares her own journey to show steps that work.
I really enjoy this host and especially appreciated episode #43 about saving sorry too much. I didn’t realize by my constantly saying I’m sorry, that I’m basically telling my subsoncscious I’m wrong all the time and that can lead to depression. It was a real Aha moment for me.
Realizing that boundaries are important not only for me, but those I care about was an amazing AHA moment. I recommend listening to her episodes because you will always have a take away. You won’t regret having her in your corner, so I encourage you to take the leap with Heidi!
