This podcast dishes out a lot of irresponsible advice. Promotes basically being an alcoholic and Shannon seems like a narcissist. The convo always circles back to her and her own personal stories we’ve heard a hundred times even when the topic does not call for it.
It's a good idea to get a mental health check every now and then to make sure we're in excellent mental shape. It's similar to exercise, except it's for our minds and thought process.
