  • Emily’s Program Changed My Life

    I first came across Emily last year while I was recuperating from foot surgery. I currently weigh 60 less than I did then. I attribute that weight loss to Emily’s coaching and her 4 Non-Negotiable Habits. Anyone who can move the equivalent of 8,000 steps a day, on average, and lift weights 3days a week, can succeed with Emily’s program.
