  • My only complaint

The first episode I listened to featured an author from the National Review. The ALA speaker at this year’s “Lincoln Birthday Celebration” was the Editor of the National Review exposing the virtues of “Nationalism”. Being new to the ALA, maybe it is a coincidence that the first two speakers I listened to were from this very partisan magazine. I was hoping to find the ALA and this podcast to be apolitical. I suppose nothing is apolitical these days. it’s very disappointing to me.
