This podcast is a great intro to her work in Emotional Sobriety detailed in her book “The you you’ve never met”. These short, relatable podcasts have been a great tool to help live a lighter more positive life, to the benefit of me and my family.
If I need a little encouragement or reassurance in my day, I turn to this podcast! They manage to give advice that’s thought-provoking and informative in 10 minutes or less, and it always brightens my day!

The ‘we are all the same’ component is so powerfully connecting and also somehow relieves pressure we put on ourselves for ‘being the worst’.
