    Dr. Vitz shares super practical, actionable advice about how we can get mastery over our emotions, behaviors and thought patterns. This podcast is a great intro to her work in Emotional Sobriety detailed in her book “The you you’ve never met”. These short, relatable podcasts have been a great tool to help live a lighter more positive life, to the benefit of me and my family.

  • The Gift that keeps on giving…

    I’ve been listening to this podcast daily.

    Lots and lots of helpful reminders and tips.

    And encouragement.

    And moments where Andrea and her cohosts share their own relatable moments. Which is amazing.

    The ‘we are all the same’ component is so powerfully connecting and also somehow relieves pressure we put on ourselves for ‘being the worst’.  

    The podcasts that are 15 mins (or less) are perfect for when I’m running errands or when I don’t have the time to dig into a solid hour.
