Q: How does expansion and contraction fit with being limitless?
Ted explains that expansion and contraction are natural cycles of the universe, and becoming limitless involves recognizing and reframing those cycles rather than denying them. True limitless thinking requires managing your chemistry and thoughts, understanding that feelings are chemical responses, and choosing elevated states of being even in contraction. Real change comes from earned practice, belief, and a willingness to explore multiple possibilities rather than succumbing to fear.
