  • Learn about creationism without sensationalism

I love listening to Paul and Todd! No nonsense, no drama. I love how they have thoughtful and well researched answers to many creationist questions. I also love their willingness to say— when occasionally this comes up—that they don’t know an answer but no doubt research will line up and support the truth at some point. In a world where the sky is constantly falling, Todd and Paul provide biblical, reasonable, thoughtful, and worry-free observations about God‘s creation.

  • Entertaining and In depth

Look forward to every podcast. The hosts are engaging and review all the angles around whichever creation-based subject is on deck. Of recent episodes, I rather liked #96 with Dustin Burlet where the signs of Christ are seen in the specifics of Noah’s story.

  • Another Episode Please!

History, science and the Bible are three of my favorite topics of personal study so what better place to go then a podcast about the history of our origins using the account laid out in Genesis 1-11 in the Bible as its foundation. Paul and Todd do great research, articulate and educate well and don’t pretend to have all the answers. Where there is still speculation they aren’t dogmatic but

still even clear to admit they don’t know the answer. Its discussions like these that first brought me bac... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Episode 123: Creationism 101: Adam in the Garden
Q: What do you think about the assertion that human body elements matching dust confirms the biblical account?
The speaker argues that the claim lacks scientific excitement as dust comprises mostly organic particles and does not appropriately align with the human body's composition.
Episode 123: Creationism 101: Adam in the Garden
Q: Do you think the absence of rain referred to in Genesis indicates there was no rain at all before the flood?
The majority opinion among creationists is that there was no rain before the flood, but a minority believes it might refer specifically to Adam's role in tilling the ground.
Episode 118: Churning up Deep Time: The Mystery of the Missing Burrows featuring Leonard Brand
Q: What did your research discover about bioturbation across various rock formations?
The research found that 97% of studied formations have low levels of bioturbation, contradicting expectations of intense bioturbation from current geological models.
Episode 118: Churning up Deep Time: The Mystery of the Missing Burrows featuring Leonard Brand
Q: Why is bioturbation seen as a problem for creationist viewpoints?
Critics argue that widespread bioturbation in sedimentary layers implies long periods of time for their formation, challenging flood geology concepts.
Episode 118: Churning up Deep Time: The Mystery of the Missing Burrows featuring Leonard Brand
Q: What is bioturbation?
It refers to the activity of animals disturbing sediment through burrowing, which can homogenize and disrupt layering in geological formations.
