  • Thanks

I’m grateful for the solid biblical answers that come from a place of humility. It would be easy for anyone to become too self important, but thankfully Mike has remained humble for as long as I’ve listened to him. God bless you Mike!

  • Changed me

I got caught up in a ton of legalism once I got saved and later on God brought me out of that with the help of many pastors but one in here in Mike Winger. I am very selective who I listen to now because I want to guard my heart. Mike is just really good at his discernment and critical thinking and it’s blessed me so much. I love going back and listening to old Q & A’s while working or when I had time to hit the gym. Thank you for your ministry Mike, may God almighty bless you abundantly here on... more

  • Biblically sound and thorough

The thing I love about Mike Winger’s videos is how thorough he is. He doesn’t start with an opinion and then try to fortify it. He doesn’t start the work to really dig into scripture and evidence, while still being charitable to those who think differently. His work in cover up culture right now has left me particularly impressed. We needed someone to go up against this stronghold and I am so thankful he answered the call.

  • Logical & Balanced

Mike gives a logical and balanced lens in which to view the world through biblically and it’s beyond refreshing - even calling out and naming red flags that are ignored in the Body of Christ. So grateful for your boldness and saying out loud what so many have noticed but lacked the courage to sound the alarm over.

Are images of Jesus breaking the 2nd commandment? 10 Qs with Mike Winger (Ep 73)
Q: Are images of Jesus inherently idolatrous?
Not inherently; they can be dangerous if worshipped or treated as conduits to God, but they can also serve as helpful representations for teaching when handled reverently and not as objects of worship.
Not the update I wanted to bring: 10 Qs with Mike Winger (Ep 74)
Q: How should Christians understand the Tower of Babel: historically accurate or archetypal teaching?
The host presents a spectrum: while the surface reading may appear historical, there are scholars who view it as a blend of historical and archetypal meaning; he offers his own cautious stance, acknowledging uncertainty and emphasizing the theological message about human unity apart from God.
Not the update I wanted to bring: 10 Qs with Mike Winger (Ep 74)
Q: How should a layperson address concerns with a pastor who seems to misinterpret a passage's plain meaning?
The advice is to approach with sincerity, express gratitude for the pastor's work, present specific, concrete examples, and prepare for possible friction or resistance, aiming for constructive dialogue rather than public confrontation.
Not the update I wanted to bring: 10 Qs with Mike Winger (Ep 74)
Q: What are your thoughts on cover-up culture in the Charismatic Church, and are they improving?
The speaker argues that it is a mixed situation: some improvements exist, but overall accountability remains inconsistent, with many leaders either unclear or slow to address abuses, while victims and bystanders push for transparency.
10 Qs with Mike Winger: How BAD was the fake rapture? (Ep 61)
Q: Can you share a few suggestions for faith-building activities this weekend besides going to church?
Suggestions include listening to scripture, reducing entertainment, memorizing a verse with a friend, praying and fasting for a meal, and choosing to minister to others at church.
