    So I’ve had my fair share of therapy last year and nothing seems to stick! It feels forced and tbh the whole one hour is too much.

    I came across this while searching Apple Podcasts and Jeremy really does know what he’s talking about.

    It’s nice to just put on as and when and go for a wander while listening,before this I contemplated leaving,glad I didn’t!
