Content-good. Music in the background is distracting.
Peds episode with the hospitalist. The way he talked (about the hospital where he works or in general) it sounded as though medication errors are very common, which would be a major problem. With all the staff members and safety protocols in place, I wonder how the errors aren’t picked up earlier.
No matter where you are in your LNC business journey— exploring the possibility, starting your new business, or already set up shop—- you have something to learn from Pat Iyer. So many topics to choose from, so many wise tips!! Pat is the GOAT LNC and we can all learn from her!
The podcast sounded more like an oral resume of the guest. Not much knowledge. If I read her resume, I’d wonder why she had so many jobs.
Good presentation about diagnosis/misdiagnosis and management of Type 1 and 2 Diabetes. I do have two comments. First, that people with diabetes should be called “individuals with diabetes rather than diabetics.” Secondly, Pat told an interesting story about a young man away at college who was at a loss as to how access health care. She said he had “irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s Disease.” Crohn’s is “Inflammatory Bowel Disease.”
Pat is so knowledgeable and full of insight. It has been an incredible opportunity to learn from her and the experts she interviews!
