    I am not sure the organization’s definition of leadership and inclusion in medicine but gaps are present in the podcast. The information shared is very good. Unfortunately there’s no transcript of the podcast. How do hearing impaired people access this podcast? And how does the lack of a transcript demonstrate leadership and inclusion? Additionally one cannot easily find the references to the works mentioned in their podcast. I have seen other podcasts list references on their website improving... more
