  • Great leadershp podcast

Easy to listen to. Interesting guests. Insights and just an easy listen. I like the style, its lightheated. The guests seem very relaxed and the host Guy Bloom is obviously deeply commited to leadershp but isnt taking making it 'theoetical' or 'high brow'. So I like it!

  • Great companion for workday walk / break

Guy is always easy and great to listen to. Enjoy the variety of the really light ‘companion’ shows and the more focused interviews.

Really good thinking and discussions on here. Ideas already stolen!

These just get better in terms of production as well.

The Complexity of Human Behaviour with Margaret Heffernan
Q: What was the catalyst that led you into embracing uncertainty?

Gary Clarke, Qatar Airways: Leading the way in Talent & Leadership
Q: What role does AI play in your learning strategy, and how do you envisage its integration moving forward?
AI is used as a starting point and a productivity tool—co-pilot for ideation, data analysis, and prompt generation—while maintaining a human-centered approach to leadership and culture; the aim is to enhance, not replace, human interaction and learning design.
Gary Clarke, Qatar Airways: Leading the way in Talent & Leadership
