So what we're trying to do is to ensure that we're able to work with our members to the best of their ability. But part of that may be suggesting alternatives versus just denying them outright... so offering alternatives versus just flatly denying a loan.

So yes, you found a great point. We need robust digital offerings, which we offer at Great Lakes... our members told us they did not like that because if they're coming into the branch, they're coming into it for a specific reason.
