The AI revolution has begun – the product of a seventy-year quest by scientists, mathematicians, and visionaries who set out to build machines that could think. But what began as a fringe idea has now become one of the most powerful forces of the 21st century. This is the story of that journey: its rivalries, its competing visions of utopia and apocalypse, and the race to build what may be humanit... more

  • A.I. 101

This podcast shows the insane history of AI. It is a very well sourced pod and the presentation is phenomenal. Would recommend. Although the Steve Bannon episode is definitely skippable.

  • Why Bannon ??

Very unfortunate to bring on an Epstein supporter. I guess nobody else was available. Undermines the work that was put in thus far.

  • Wetware Episode Is Inexcusable

Being a huge fan of this podcast since its inception, I found myself angered and sick to my stomach while listening to the recent episode on the topic of Wetware. I wasn’t upset by the topic of discussion, but rather by how the topic was being discussed. To me, Gregory and Andy lacked appropriate journalistic and moral integrity during their discussions about wetware computers. They hand-wave away any of the insidious moral implications of Hon Weng Chong describing how he abuses human neurons... more

  • Yuck

I feel so icky that I was into this podcast for so long, after seeing Bannon’s face on the new episode. Absolutely lame to platform that dude, there’s no reason to.
