  • Let the guests speak !

I’m glad they had Jim Holland on but I wish they would’ve let him talk more. The host interrupts, talks over him, frames questions not open-endedly but as yes/no and the host tells more about himself than letting the guest talk. This man is fascinating and it all felt rushed .

  • Cheap

The ad breaks are annoying. Need better editing. The host is also pretty insufferable. Every thing the guests discuss leads into a story from the past—not everything is about you. It’s rude and annoying, I won’t be listening to sny more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

3 Traffic Arrests Hid a Lifetime of Childhood Trauma
Q: How would you, in a word, how would you describe how you are today compared to where you were?
Today I feel whole and level, with a stable sense of self and a commitment to ongoing recovery and growth.
Anger Was A Symptom
Q: What sparked the anger and how did it manifest in your leadership style?
Anger started from childhood trauma and policing stress, which I redirected into a harsh, domineering leadership style. I came to see how this hurt my team and began therapy and behavior changes to address it.
Her Journey From Domestic Violence
Q: What are the signs that families should look out for when someone is being abused?
Signs include isolation, withdrawal, paranoia, constant monitoring, guarded behavior, and visible injuries; family and friends should intervene with care and support.
Her Journey From Domestic Violence
Q: Can you talk about your situation?
Victoria describes how she was isolated and controlled, eventual pregnancy, and escalating abuse that eventually forced her to seek safety and a life beyond the violence.
Murder for Hire During His Police Career
Q: How did you cope with the emotional aftermath and the lack of modern crisis support at the time?
There was limited support; we were expected to return to duty quickly, and the emotional processing happened over time, often privately, without the crisis intervention resources we have today.
