  • Valuable lessons from product creators

This podcast does a great job pulling out the lessons founders have learned bringing their products to life. The 2nd episode with Alex from Morning Brew dove into vulnerable subject matter. I found that to be equally as valuable as the strategies and tactics shared.

  • Unique insight into entrepreneurship and launching products

Just listened to the first two episodes with Alex Lieberman from Morning Brew. Crazy good content! Covers a perspective that Alex hasn’t revealed in other podcasts, which I really appreciate.

Kevin (the host) asks very good questions that pulled out insight I haven’t heard before regarding how to approach starting a new business and launching a new product.

Highly recommend for anyone starting or thinking of starting something.

    Excited to see what’s next!

  • A gem for aspiring entrepreneurs

Even though the podcast is in it’s infancy, it led off with an incredible 2-part series. I appreciate how digestible the content is and how focused it is on the subject at hand.

Q: What is your core advice for first-time creators?
Keep it simple, test early, and follow the data, focusing on a clear product and message rather than trying to please everyone.

Q: What was the most surprising or stressful moment during the launch?
The launch was extremely stressful yet exhilarating; after a year of work, flipping the launch switch with family present, watching the numbers climb, was surreal and validating.

Q: How did you use AI in your crowdfunding effort?
AI was mainly used to generate ad creatives and test them, especially static images, using tools like StableDiffusion and Photoshop to refine visuals before running ads.

Q: What was your pre-launch marketing strategy?
The early strategy was to rely on in-person conventions in France to showcase the game and collect real-time feedback, then bolster that with digital marketing later. This helped balance product development with market validation.
