At Mercy Culture, one of our unique characteristics is that we are a presence driven church. We are not built around any person or ministry. We are built around the presence of God. I’m listening to the “our story of church hurt and abuse” episode, and it’s wild to hear Landon and Heather share so many stories of their early days that sound exactly like the testimonies of people who have left Mercy Culture this past year. The Bible says out of our own mouths come both blessing and cursing - a strong example of this is them saying they want to honor their mother and father but also “gave them time to repent” and now it’s time to tell the world everything their parents did wr... more
IF YOU ARE NOT LISTENING, YOU ARE IN DENIAL. FIRST OFF, Mercy Culture is NOTTT a weirdo cult as someone said. Mercy Culture is a beautiful holy-driven church that makes you really want to get right with God. My whole life has been coming together and all because I have really enjoyed and loved listening to this worshipful people who are deeply dedicated to the Lord.
This unhinged podcast spews so much hateful rhetoric that is antithetical to Christian teachings. With their gross and misinterpretations of the scripture, seems like their main goal is just to recruit you into a weirdo cult.
