Super Anregungen, Ideen zur Vermeidung von Überlastung bzw. erkennen eines belasteten Zustands. So viel tolle Tipps die man manchmal öfter hören sollte damit diese Anwendung finden. Aber mithilfe Podcast ganz einfach möglich wichtige Dinge wiederholt anzuhören.
Sehr inspirierend dass man selbst und auch Klienten sehr schwierige Situation lösen und überwinden konnten. Gibt Zuversicht und schafft vertrauen.
Danke dafür. Bin ein richtiger Fan und höre fleißig rein.
