Als Psychologe ist Lukas Klaschinski aka Jakob von Beste Freundinnen ständig auf der Suche nach Möglichkeiten, die uns dabei helfen, aus unseren Mustern, Glaubenssätzen und äußeren Zwängen auszubrechen. Mit offener und neugieriger Einstellung geht er seinen Weg und probiert, untersucht und bewertet verschiedene Methoden und Techniken, die versprechen, seinen Pfad zu ebnen. Ich folge diesem Podcast primär wegen den Trancereisen. Ich meditiere seit ca. 2,5 Jahren geführt. Und die Trancereise zum Thema Angst ist die beste Meditation, die ich je gemacht habe. Sie hilft mir sehr, und ich habe sie schon mehrfach gemacht. Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an Lukas, dass er mir so in Situationen hilft, in denen mir sonst keiner derart helfen kann 🙏! Bitte produziere weiter so tolle Inhalte (auch mit Steffi) - deine Arbeit bereichert mein Leben!
