Einer meiner Lieblingspodcasts. Es ist faszinierend wie sie auf Ursachen und Lösungen kommt, an die man selber nicht gedacht hätte. Man kann auch so viel für sich selber mitnehmen.

Ich empfinde das Format als grundsätzlich hilfreichen Ansatzpunkt zur eigenen Selbstreflexion und unterm Strich positiv. Sich negativen Glaubenssätzen und damit der Energie, die sie schlucken ist insgesamt wichtig und wird in der momentanen Gesellschaft noch nicht genug getan. Dass Frau Stahl hier ein Bewusstsein schafft ist toll. Jedoch empfinde ich den Podcast zunehmend als unterkomplex. Ich bin psychodynamisch unterwegs und finde Frau Stahls Arbeit trotzdem sehr wertvoll. Sie schafft einen niedrigschwelligen Zugang zum inneren Erleben, auf dessen Basis Jede/r individuell weiterarbeiten kann. Man kann dem Podcast gut zuhören und immer etwas für sich mitnehmen.
