Frau Stahl sollte langsam mal überdenken, ob es der richtige Ansatz ist, der Mutter alle Schuld zu zuschieben. Das finde ich mittlerweile sehr ermüdend und zu einfach gedacht.
Sie spult ihr Programm ab, noch eine kleine Gedankenreise dazu und fertig ist die Suppe.

Ich empfinde das Format als grundsätzlich hilfreichen Ansatzpunkt zur eigenen Selbstreflexion und unterm Strich positiv. Sich negativen Glaubenssätzen und damit der Energie, die sie schlucken ist insgesamt wichtig und wird in der momentanen Gesellschaft noch nicht genug getan. Dass Frau Stahl hier ein Bewusstsein schafft ist toll. Jedoch empfinde ich den Podcast zunehmend als unterkomplex. Ich bin psychodynamisch unterwegs und finde Frau Stahls Arbeit trotzdem sehr wertvoll. Sie schafft einen niedrigschwelligen Zugang zum inneren Erleben, auf dessen Basis Jede/r individuell weiterarbeiten kann. Man kann dem Podcast gut zuhören und immer etwas für sich mitnehmen.
