Der Podcast ist wissenschaftlich fundiert, sympathisch und verständlich werden Themen besprochen, die scheinbar alltäglich und doch entscheidend für ein erfülltes Leben sind. Ich höre diesen Podcast regelmäßig und muss sagen, natürlich zusammen mit regelmäßigen Meditationsübungen- dein Mindset, wie du mit dir selbst und mit anderen Menschen umgehst, verändert sich, wird aufmerksamer, freundlicher und freudvoller. Ich finde den Podcast zum einen sehr hilfreich und wirksam und zum anderen sehr angenehm und unterhaltsam. Das jeweilige Thema empfinde ich immer als äußerst passend zu meiner aktuellen Lebenssituation, so dass mir schon ganz viele Folgen Hilfe und Halt geboten haben. Und dann sind Sinja und Boris einfach zwei so positive, angenehme Gesprächspartner und Stimmen, dass es einfach Freude macht, zuzuhören! Danke für den wertvollen Content und macht bitte weiter so!
