I just found your podcast and really enjoying it ! As a kid of the 70s/80s finding a podcast that devotes the majority of an episode to Bert Cooper is like spun gold for this old boxing nerd
Any plans to do an episode on the list heavyweight generation ? And / or the journeymen characters such as Mike Hunter and Mark Wills ?
I love this show. Every episode I am thinking this will provide more detailed analysis of what I already know and then I am hit with new facts on things I thought I knew everything about. History is just unfolding and I cannot get enough. Thank you so much.
Great shows especially your history ones. Inspires me to research the past. Bought The Old Tin Shed on your recommendation, to add to other Johnson books I have. Replay episodes frequently. Can’t get enough on Gans, Nelson, Ketchel, McCoy and all of the incredible shenanigans of those far off days. Many thanks John Stewart, Aberdeen, Scotland
