  • Hindsight Wisdom

The Garcia-Haney post fight review podcast perfectly encapsulates the decreasing payback from these very long, very impassioned (The Fight) podcasts. Teddy gave a detailed - and characteristically interminable - amateur psychologist explanation (replete with historical - Holyfield-Tyson II - analogy) as to the ‘internal battle’ that Ryan Garcia was facing emotionally as regards getting in to the ring to face Haney and so on and so forth etc, etc. BUT Teddy, you called this fight (and many others... more

  • Sermons on the Sweet Science

Teddy Atlas’ voice in the world of boxing is nothing short of legendary. I am sure myself and many others wish to have him commenting on the fight game for eternity. The dynamic between these two is great, with Ken keeping things on track and playing off Teddy while he drops those signature nuggets of NY boxing wisdom that you only get from a lifetime commitment to the sport. We all know who the real King of Staten Island is!

  • Very good for what it’s supposed to be.

Teddy is a compassionate, brutally honest, and interesting boxing analyst/trainer who never pulls any punches (no pun) on what he thinks of fighters and the boxing game. Teddy does most of the talking as you’d expect (would like to hear the co-host’s opinion and commentary more btw) and the sound quality is very rich (so much so that you can hear the guys sniffling; makes you wonder how well their sound editing team is). Overall a great boxing pod for the hardcore boxing fan and a much appreciat... more
