Q: I would like to know if it's true that eating a high oxalate food with calcium cancels out the oxalate, but you can't count the calcium towards your daily amount.
The calcium does count toward your daily total, and you should pair higher oxalate foods with calcium to help reduce oxalate absorption, but you still count that calcium toward your daily calcium goal.

Q: How much protein should I be eating daily given my height, weight, and stone history?

Did turmeric give me kidney stones?
Q: What are the broad strokes of the things that could be priorities for someone new to kidney stone prevention?
