I love the way Maria shares information about Wellness with wonder and humility. Not only do I learn new things but she and her guests explain them in a way that makes it understandable even at 6 AM in the morning while I listen.
Thank you to Kev and Anne for the magical RGF moments that always make me smile!
I’m so over Maria being the perfect mom with the perfect child. It just comes across fake. Also her daughter telling people in a restaurant that she doesn’t like sugar or pasta because it’s trash. Egads. What about teaching some manners. She’s extremely lucky she has Kev and her nanny, which is why she can focus on all the “fun” parenting stuff. For someone who came from such humble beginnings she seems to have forgotten all that. Not relatable at all. I do love Kev and Anne.
This show is Nostalgia for me. So many childhood memories are brought back to me. Thank you.
I have gotten so much good advice for myself and family. Let’s be honest we have to take care of ourselves, no one will do it for us. Sometimes the simple things are the best things. Women listen to your bodies and stand up for it. God Bless!!
