    Update: Be careful of adhd meds. They are prescription meth. Of course your mood is better on meth. In some cases, they cause literal psychosis. Some prescription drugs have a stigma for a reason and these meds are one of them.

    These two are such an important voice with nuanced, vulnerable and insightful advice.

One small thing: that I offer with love: I’ve heard Sam in numerous occasions refer to a « lotus of control » but I believe you mean « locus » of control, which is is a psychological term that denotes where, in our minds when we are processing conflict, we locate the source of control (internal or external).
