Love the podcast!!! Please normalize the audio throughout the whole show. The talking is rather quiet and the ads are super loud. Thank you!
I have listened to this podcast for many years and mostly I find the hosts to have interesting and thoughtful reflections and introspection. It is so disappointing that despite having some interest in Buddhism they speak about it in the popularist way, further perpetuating the misunderstanding that Buddhism is a way to avoid feeling emotions. Please learn more before spouting these myths further- or just don’t talk about it if you aren’t interested in investigating the religion deeply.
