  • Indispensable Resource

Each of the three hosts have a distinct and incredibly insightful perspective so I can always relate to one of them. They provide super practical resources and research in an accessible and interesting way. • Disappointing misunderstanding of Buddhism

I have listened to this podcast for many years and mostly I find the hosts to have interesting and thoughtful reflections and introspection. It is so disappointing that despite having some interest in Buddhism they speak about it in the popularist way, further perpetuating the misunderstanding that Buddhism is a way to avoid feeling emotions. Please learn more before spouting these myths further- or just don’t talk about it if you aren’t interested in investigating the religion deeply.

  • Gold standard in relationships

This IS one of the best podcasts out there for all types and forms of relationships. From single, partnered, married, to open, multiple partners and everything in between. There is literally something for everyone here. If you are not a better communicator, partner, parent or friend after listening it’s because you are choosing to ignore all the great information they have to share. They have changed my life and relationships forever.
