I tuned in to hear Howie Mandel…always loved Hoda, so tuning in, I got a “twofer”! I loved Hoda’s comments to Howie’s stories…but Howie brought up something I do every day at work (I work in a call center…)…some calls are business as usual, but some people are really hurting, anxious due to an error they made, or just need to talk…. I reach back to those in need…and fulfill their need to connect…and it fulfills my need too.
