Oh man, this podcast takes me back. Jim and Pat have a great way of bringing Scottish history, storytelling, culture and more to your ears, and as a Scotsman now living in Canada, it’s been an educational ride so far learning about the history and stories I either didn’t know, or had forgot.
Glasgow West End Chat reminds you why there’s nobody like the Scots. Love it!
Jim and Pat, bravo on your new venture! This was an entertaining and insightful podcast - I think you have the start of something really great here. A little too hard on yourself regarding any teething problems; I actually quite liked the vibrancy of the interview occurring within these lively social settings. Sometimes a studio interview can be lacking in atmosphere and feels somewhat clinical.
