I have been sober now for 5 1/2 weeks and have been seeking out as much inspiration as possible to keep me going. I’ve been sober twice in the past but this time feels different thanks to podcasts like this. Janey Lee Grace is so easy to listen to, her interviews are always inspirational and her message is clear, Life is better when we don’t drink!
I look forward to every Friday when the new podcast is released.
What a fabulous lady sharing her experiences each week in a podcast. I decided last week (May 2024) to stop drinking and I’ve been listening to Janey’s podcasts all week whilst out walking.
What a total inspiration, not only from Janey’s own experiences but her guests too. I’ve gone right back to beginning of your podcasts Janey and it’s where I would recommend newbies to go.
Thank you for sharing your story in this podcast as it is a fantastic tool. Without it and all of the other inspiring ... more

Really great, interesting and informative podcast. Enjoy listening to this every week. Thank you so much Janey.
Hello. My friend just recommended this podcast to me. I have to say I’m unexpectedly excited now to quit drinking. I’m not a problem drinker but I’ve noticed my brain at 65 isn’t functioning as well as I would like it to. Looking forward to this journey with you.
Thank you.
