I needed to do research on podcasts for my Marketing class, and I came across this during my search. I find this podcast informational and educational. This is precisely what I needed as an HR major because, after working in the field for a while, I am jaded! So it helped me very much.
As a student majoring in HR and about to go into the workforce, this podcast has given me an idea of what situations I might run into while working in HR, as well as making me laugh nearly every episode!
