  • Nope.

Crazy to me these guys can’t see they’re as horrible of people and as insufferable as the republicans and anyone else who disagrees with them. Unlistenable at this point.

  • A good escape from the chaos

I wondered what happened to these three after meeting two of them at the corner cheesecake place. I’ve loved Matt and Beth for years and decided to see what kind of trouble Matt’s gotten himself into now and that’s when I stumbled upon this gem of a podcast. Thanks guys! An old lady up near Waverly appreciates you.

  • Thought I already did this

I’ve listened for a few years.

I’ve been in the Pub for a few years.

I’ve attended a live event (which felt like years ago).

Even after all this time, the Inglorious Pasterds is still my favorite show. In re-listening to all the episodes, it feels like I’m hearing the jokes, the stories, and the insightful content for the first time. I can’t get enough.

The fact that so many people are suffering right now and just the evil, it's just a lot.
368 - Practices For Embodied Living w/ Dr. Hillary L. McBride
Q: What are your thoughts on psychedelic assisted psychotherapy?
Psychedelic assisted psychotherapy can be a transformative experience for some but is not for everyone; it requires careful consideration and should be approached with guidance from professionals.
368 - Practices For Embodied Living w/ Dr. Hillary L. McBride
Q: How can interoception help in dealing with disconnection from the body?
Interoception brings us back into direct contact with our inner experience, allowing us to notice what we feel inside without analysis. This can help reduce the burden of constant evaluation of our feelings and experiences.
377 - We Have Ruined God w/ Rev. Dr. Sheri Pallas
Q: What are your thoughts on forgiveness regarding your family?
After my dad wanted to kill my son, I never spoke to him again. I believe in moving on but do not feel the need to reopen old wounds or forgive someone who wouldn't acknowledge their wrongdoing.
377 - We Have Ruined God w/ Rev. Dr. Sheri Pallas
Q: What was your objective in writing your book, 'We Have Ruined God'?
The objective is to dismantle the views people hold of the church and its doctrines that lead to harm and suffering, particularly focusing on how they can be flawed and contradictory, pushing for a more loving, compassionate approach to spirituality.
