I have specific feedback that I hope will make it even better! What I’ve noticed is that Andrew asks a question, gets a nice answer from the guest, then basically reiterates the answer and why he agrees with it. This doesn’t give the guest room to keep talking, so he has to go on to the next question. A better interview tactic would be to follow up their answer with some brief recognition or appreciation, but then ... more
